Frequently asked questions

Is this just for parents of neurodivergent children?

It was created from that lived reality and will deeply speak to those parents, but the workbook can support anyone who has been living in overwhelm, survival mode or chronic stress.

Do I need to complete it in order?

Nope. You can move through it gently, skip around, come back later, or work with the pages that feel most useful on the day. This is not school homework in a fake moustache.

Is this therapy?

No. It is a self-reflection and practical support workbook. Created by Lizz Mears, an Accredited Parent Coach. It can sit beautifully alongside therapy, coaching or other support, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

What actually happens inside the 4-week group experience?

Each week we’ll move through a different section of the workbook together inside a small supportive group space. There’ll be live sessions, gentle reflection prompts, practical nervous system support, discussion, encouragement and space to process what’s coming up in real life — not just in theory.

Can I print the worksheets?

Yes. The workbook and worksheets come in both physical and pdf form so that you can print pages, write directly on them, or use them digitally if that works better for you.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
